La National Labor Relations Board de Estados Unidos, emitió un documento en el que señala que las políticas de redes sociales de algunas conocidas empresas, como General Motors y Target infringen los derechos de los trabajadores y la libertad de expresión.
¿Un ejemplo de las políticas cuestionadas?: No dejar que los trabajadores se hagan amigos de sus colegas en Facebook.
